Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings for activities including World’s 3rd & India’s Highest Bungee Jumping (200+ Meters) and World’s 3rd & India’s Highest Couple Bungee Jumping (200+ Meters) are confirmed only after full payment.

Participants must provide accurate personal details including name, age, valid ID proof, and contact information at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled activity are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity are non-refundable.

3. No-Show Policy

If a participant fails to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice, it will be treated as a no-show.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows under any circumstances.

4. Rescheduling

In case of bad weather, technical issues, or safety concerns, the activity may be rescheduled by Ganga Bungee Jumping in Rishikesh.

Participants may choose a new available date or opt for a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

5. Refund Process

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Any bank, gateway, or transaction charges are non-refundable.
